Oat and almond cookies with chocolate chips

  • 4 large bananas overripe
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl. Mash them well with a fork.

  3. Add the oats, the almond flour and the chocolate chips and mix well.

  4. Make 12 cookies that are 1 cm thick and place them 1 cm apart on the cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 17 minutes
