Gluten free Oat cookies with almond flour and chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl. Mash them well with a fork.
Add the oats, the almond flour and the chocolate chips and mix well.
Make 12 cookies that are 1 cm thick and place them 1 cm apart on the cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 17 minutes
