Easy healthy brownies

Ingredients

  • 420 gram or 15 os Black beans (from a can) drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup (60gr) quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup (75gr) honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ( 40gram) coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (115 gram) chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 Fahrenheit and line a 9x9 inch brownie pan (21x21 cm) with parchment paper

  2. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse till they become a thick paste. Add the chocolate chips and mix well

  3. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.

  4. Once the brownies are ready take them out of the oven and let them cool for at least 30 minutes before you cut them in portions. Enjoy!
